Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you provide directly. When you submit your email address through the newsletter signup form on our website, we collect that address to send you notifications about new inventory. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or any other personal information through that form unless you provide them voluntarily by contacting us directly.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect certain technical information automatically when you visit, including your approximate location (city/region), device type, browser, pages visited, and how you arrived at the site. This data is collected through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and is used in aggregate to understand how the site is being used. It is not used to identify you individually.

How We Use Your Information

Email addresses collected through the newsletter form are used solely to notify subscribers of new inventory arrivals. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send.

Analytics data is used to understand which pages are most useful, how visitors find the site, and where the site can be improved. This data is processed by Google and governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Google Analytics 4. We use GA4 to collect anonymized site usage data. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to collect this data. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Kit (formerly ConvertKit). Email newsletter subscriptions are managed through Kit. When you subscribe, your email address is stored on Kit's servers and governed by Kit's Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from any email we send you, which removes your address from our list.

Cookies

This site uses cookies placed by Google Analytics to collect usage data. These cookies do not identify you personally. If you prefer not to have analytics cookies set, you can block them through your browser settings or use the Google opt-out tool linked above. We do not use any advertising, retargeting, or tracking cookies of our own.

Data Retention

Email addresses are retained for as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed from our active list. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google's standard retention settings (26 months by default).

Your Rights

Under Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to withdraw consent for receiving commercial emails at any time by unsubscribing.
